*** The job is on-site with a HYBRID ( 3d office / 2d home ) work schedule. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate within commuting distance of Pittsburgh PA, Cleveland OH ( Strongsville ), Birmingham AL, Dallas TX ( Farmers Branch ), Phoenix AZ

Data Architect Lead :

- Technical Oversight & Planning: Translate strategic directives from stakeholders into actionable roadmaps for the team.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with QA Engineering Leads, developers, business analysts, and infrastructure teams.
- Governance, Process & Reporting: Support definition of TDM processes, ensuring compliance with policies; support delivery of regular status updates to stakeholders & leadership.
- Risk Management: Identify potential data-related risks (compliance, environment issues) and work with stakeholders to mitigate them.
- Quality Assurance: Perform final reviews on test data provisioning and compliance before sign-off.

Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :

- 10+ years of experience
- Experience with building and implementing Test Data Management (TDM) processes
- Knowledge of data lineage analysis and data mapping methodologies
- Understanding of Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) concepts and real-time data transformation
- Experience with audit processes and regulatory compliance requirements
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams including development, QA, and business stakeholders
- Experience with data governance frameworks and implementation
- Knowledge of data protection regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to identify and mitigate data-related risks
