Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers (e.g., Windows Server 2016/2019/2022).
  • Manage Active Directory (AD), Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and DNS/DHCP.
  • Monitor server performance, security, and backups using tools like SCCM, SCOM, and PowerShell.
  • Patch management and regular updates to the Windows infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including root cause analysis.
  • Implement and manage virtualization solutions (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware).
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and standards (e.g., handling security patches, vulnerability scans).
  • Support Office 365/Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Provide end-user support and documentation.
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3 5+ years of experience in Windows Server administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, GPOs, and Windows OS.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell.
  • Experience with networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs).
  • Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or Azure Administrator are a plus.
