  • Provide daily administrative support including phone coverage and calendar management
  • Handle various internal and external scheduling, which involves corresponding with all levels of internal and external management
  • Heavy expense reimbursement processing
  • Travel management including airfare, hotel and ground transportation
  • Provide back-up assistance and coverage to the executive assistants as needed
  • Assist executive assistants with various projects, including event planning and execution, as needed
  • This role may grow to cover more senior team members

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2-5+ years of experience
  • Punctual, organized and extremely detail-oriented
  • Excellent analytical, time-management and organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Must be able to work under deadlines and adapt to a fast paced environment
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel (Salesforce or other CRM systems experience a plus)
  • Extremely professional phone demeanor with exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to develop a strong working rapport with team members and clients alike
  • Desire and ability to work in a team-oriented environment; must possess a team-focused, “no task too small” attitude
  • Flexible for early mornings and over time as needed
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and discretion
