Location: Dallas, TX or San Antonio, TX

Experience Required: 4-6 Years

Role Description:

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather the Voice of Customer (VoC) and understand the problem statement.

  • Develop a high-level project scope based on the problem statement.

  • Secure stakeholder buy-in for the project scope and high-level timelines.

  • Create detailed project plans and milestones.

  • Perform data collation required for analysis.

  • Analyze the As-Is process and data collected.

  • Conduct brainstorming sessions with project teams to define the To-Be process state.

  • Develop a Value Stream Map and perform waste analysis.

  • Provide recommendations and solutions roadmap.

  • Obtain stakeholder buy-in for recommendations and the roadmap.

  • Develop a pilot implementation plan.

  • Prepare readiness enablers to execute the pilot.

  • Implement the pilot successfully.

  • Develop and implement a control and sustain plan post-pilot.

  • Present the project closure summary to all stakeholders.

Essential Skills:

  • Expertise in Lean Six Sigma (LSS).

  • Comprehensive knowledge of insurance products and regulations.

  • Ability to identify opportunities to improve products, processes, and service delivery across all channels.

  • Prior experience in consulting and industry to assist insurance organizations in achieving long-term goals.

  • Capability to perform accurate analysis and design effective solutions to various client issues.

  • Ability to manage direct client interactions and maintain client relationships.

  • Proficient in writing and presenting reports documenting project outcomes.

  • Experience in operational analysis, process improvement, project management, and/or consulting within the insurance industry.

  • Knowledge of process documentation using industry-approved tools.

Desirable Skills:

  • Advanced experience in identifying improvement opportunities for insurance products and service delivery.

  • Demonstrated expertise in designing effective solutions for complex client issues.

  • Proven ability to manage direct client interactions and address their issues effectively.
