Human Resources Analyst
Seeking to hire an Analyst for the Human Capital Group. The individual will be responsible for supporting the team’s everyday administrative functions. This role requires the ability to work in a fast paced environment with a strong focus on client-service, problem solving, proactively resolving issues and attention to detail. The global Human Capital Group consists of 60 members and supports a premier global independent investment banking advisory firm of approximately 2,200 employees globally. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following areas:
- Supporting the HCG team’s everyday functions
- Responsible for onboarding process for external candidates: Preparing and sending out new hire documentation
- Following-up with employees to obtain outstanding documentation
- Planning/scheduling new hire orientation
- I-9 verification
- Maintaining spreadsheets to track new hires, transfers and terminations
- Providing personal support to employees and managers across multiple lines of business
- and global US managed office locations (US, Asia, Canada, Israel)
- Entering employee data and changes into Workday (HRIS)
- Managing current employee files and creating new employee files
- Assist with management of projects to ensure they are completed within specific timeframes
- Liaise with internal team members, various external teams and departments to tackle critical projects
Minimum Qualifications (required):
- 1+ years of experience
- Excellent analytical, time-management and organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills – both written and oral
- Detail-oriented and highly motivated
- Strong organizational/administrative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Bachelor’s degree
- Flexible to work later (as needed)
