Job Title: Senior-Level Oracle Forms Developer / Oracle MFA Product Expert
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.-based)
Contract Type: Long-Term Federal Government Contract
Clearance Requirement: Active Public Trust Security Clearance (or ability to obtain)
Experience Requirement: 8-10 years total experience
Education: Bachelor's or Master s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Residency Requirements:
- Must have lived in the U.S. for the last 4 consecutive years
- No travel outside the U.S. for more than 90 consecutive days
- No upcoming travel plans for 2025
Technical Skills & Experience (Must Have):
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Implementation: Hands-on experience implementing MFA using Oracle products within an Oracle Forms application.
- Security & Authentication: Experience with OAuth 2.0, SAML for secure user authentication.
- Oracle Identity Management (OIM) & Oracle Access Manager (OAM): Ability to configure and support MFA integration.
- Oracle WebLogic Server: Hands-on experience deploying and managing Oracle WebLogic, OIM, and OAM for MFA implementation.
- Secure Communication: Experience in setting up SSL/TLS for secure communication.
- Oracle Forms & PL/SQL: Familiarity with Oracle Forms applications, including deploying, configuring authentication methods, and basic PL/SQL experience (queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and packages).
Responsibilities:
- Implement MFA/Single Sign-On (SSO) into an existing Oracle Forms system.
- Upgrade existing Oracle Forms 12c and Oracle WebLogic/Forms servers to the latest version.
- Implement role-based access changes to align with MFA requirements.
- Collaborate with authentication service providers to integrate MFA solutions.
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine MFA-related requirements.
