  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Location: Mclean, VA (Hybrid 3 days) Duration: 6-9 months

1. Support or lead discovery efforts including: o Assess the need, identify unknowns, conduct desk research to familiarize with business activities, and propose a path forward for answering open questions and validating assumptions. o Prepare and conduct user interviews, prepare, and facilitate whiteboarding and workshops as needed to foster collaboration among tech team and business representatives.

2. Leverage outcome of discovery work and build artifacts that bring the solution to life and demonstrate the user experience in order to communicate with stakeholders and solicit feedback from users.

3. Collaborate closely with business SMEs and users, product owners, developers, solution architects, and fellow designers to refine the solution to deliver an experience that is desirable, feasible, and viable.

4. Deliver user-validated, design system compliant, high-fidelity prototypes that are ready for development, and work hand in hand with product team during development to drive a user-centric mindset and provide guidance on UX and UI components of the build.
