Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Data Entry Specialist. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for entering and updating sales order data accurately into our systems. Daily tasks include verifying data for accuracy, maintaining records, and utilizing various software and tools. The role also involves supporting administrative tasks including and ensuring the efficient handling of data entry processes. Additionally, this position serves as the primary point of contact for all incoming calls to the corporate office.

Qualifications

  • Strong Typing and Computer Literacy skills are required.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills are essential.
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance is beneficial.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
