Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Strategic Transformation team within the Supply Chain division. The program manager will play a crucial role in supporting strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance of our supply chain operations. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments. Based in Bellevue ,WA.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Improvement: Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing supply chain operations. Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.

• Project Support: Provide analytical support for strategic transformation projects, including project planning, execution, and monitoring. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.

• Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of supply chain strategies. Generate insights and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, share findings, and facilitate decision-making processes.

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

• 2-4 years of experience in supply chain analysis, strategic planning, or a related role.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.

• Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with supply chain management software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
