Title: Technical Program Manager 12 Month Contract

Location: Fremont, CA (Hybrid)

Must Haves: Project Management, Engineering Process, CAD, PLM

Nice to Have: Semiconductor Industry Experience, Change management, MS Project

Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering with 12+ years of experience; or Master s degree with 8+ years experience; or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of engineering process, CAD, and PLM application
  • Expert knowledge of Program Management methods
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and demonstrating excellent leadership and influence to deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to present to audiences at all levels in the company.
  • Ability to influence, and drive alignment among stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Semiconductor industry is a plus
  • Expert knowledge of Program Management methods and experience in Product Development & Release (PDR) procedures.
  • Relevant project management certifications such as PMP
  • Expertise with project management software and tools, including MS Project, QuickBase, Office Timeline, or equivalent.
  • Experience in Change Management methodologies is a plus.
