Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect at Young Design Studio in Lakewood, OH. The Project Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural projects, managing project timelines and budgets, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors on design development and construction administration.
Qualifications
- Experience working for an Architecture firm. minimum 5 years experience is ideal.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Building Modeling
- Familiarity with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor degree in Architecture minimum. Master's degree is ideal.
- Familiarity with Residential and Commercial project types.
