The Role:
As our Senior QA Engineer, you'll build and own our testing environment from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to shape quality practices across our engineering team and make a real impact on healthcare technology.
Work Location:
- 100% Remote. Candidate may reside anywhere in the U.S.
- Design and implement end-to-end testing strategies
- Lead CI/CD testing automation initiatives
- Build and maintain robust testing frameworks
- Oversee quality assurance across our product portfolio
- Mentor junior team members and promote best practices
- Drive data-driven quality improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product excellence
- 5+ years of senior QA experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Strong background in full stack testing and automation
- Expertise in JavaScript, React, Laravel, and SQL
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab)
- Proficiency with Cypress and other testing frameworks
- Knowledge of AWS and cloud testing environments
- Understanding of healthcare compliance and security standards
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with test automation frameworks
- Knowledge of performance testing tools (Gatling, K6)
- Understanding of API testing
- Familiarity with DevOps practices
- Data pipeline testing experience
- Security testing expertise
- Healthcare industry experience
- Test-Driven Development background
- $40-$55 per hour, based on experience
