Sr. Manager - Client Services

Primary responsibility: Serve as the main contact for insurance clients, addressing inquiries and reporting needs. Success is measured by client satisfaction.
Ideal candidate: Finance and investment management experience with insurance clients, strong relationship management skills, and knowledge of fixed income investments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for insurance clients, ensuring their investment-related needs are met.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Portfolio Managers, Sales, Operations, Legal, and Compliance, to support client requirements.
- Manage client inquiries related to investment agreements, guidelines, and reporting.
- Develop expertise in fixed income investments, as insurance companies typically allocate their assets in this space.
- Collaborate with internal team members to refine and enhance client service strategies.
- Learn from and work alongside a senior team member who will mentor and provide guidance on industry-specific practices.
Qualifications:
- Strong finance background, with experience in investment management.
- Prior experience working with insurance clients, understanding their investment strategies, regulatory requirements, and operational workflows.
- Fixed income investment knowledge preferred.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
