- Collect and organize documents from the President’s direct reports.
- Take and distribute notes during senior team and channel meetings.
- Organize and coordinate quarterly channel meetings, senior staff off-sites, and events.
- Draft and manage mass communications on behalf of the manager.
- Arrange all travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, and car services.
- Process travel, entertainment, and business expenses while handling finance requests.
- Provide additional project support as needed.
