  • Support daily network operations.
  • Sort, prioritize, and highlight relevant mail, articles, and advertisements.
  • Collect and organize documents from the President’s direct reports.
  • Take and distribute notes during senior team and channel meetings.
  • Organize and coordinate quarterly channel meetings, senior staff off-sites, and events.
  • Draft and manage mass communications on behalf of the manager.
  • Arrange all travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, and car services.
  • Process travel, entertainment, and business expenses while handling finance requests.
  • Provide additional project support as needed.
