Qualifications:

  • High school diploma (or equivalent); IT-related degree preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and networking (basic network troubleshooting).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms.
