Job Title: Custody Business Analyst

Location: Irving, TX or Jersey City, NJ (3 days onsite Mandatory)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to custody services, including trade settlement, asset servicing, and client reporting.

• Analyze current custody processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

• Participate in testing and validation of custody system enhancements and new implementations.

• Contribute to the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for custody operations staff.

• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in custody services and business analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.

• Proven experience as a business analyst within the financial services industry, with specific exposure to custody operations.

• Strong understanding of custody processes, including trade settlement, corporate actions, and asset servicing.

• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, requirements gathering, and solution design.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

• Ability to analyze complex business problems and propose practical and effective solutions.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
