Your Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's or master's degree in data analytics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, social science research, operations research, econometrics, or a related field. 5+ years of professional experience in applied analytics or research. Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau and experience in creating and maintaining dashboards and reports. Expertise in applying statistical methods, analytics, and machine learning using tools such as R, Python, Alteryx, etc. Understanding of generative AI applications in data analytics. Strong skills in SQL and experience with real-world data extraction and cleaning from databases like Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, AWS. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Trello. Knowledge of digital product lifecycle and experience collaborating with designers, technical, and business teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to handle ambiguity and draw meaningful conclusions. Strong communication skills to articulate insights, implications, and recommendations effectively. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks under pressure. A flexible working style, capable of working both independently and collaboratively. A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality. The ability to navigate and influence various stakeholder groups effectively. Readiness to work from the office up to 5 days a week.
