What You’ll Do

• Prepare and submit regulatory dossiers and applications to relevant US authorities.
• Monitor and interpret US regulatory changes and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable US regulations and guidelines.
• Manage relationships with external regulatory consultants and partners.

Strategic Growth & Commercial Influence (Evolving Focus):

• Contribute to the development of long-term regulatory strategies to support market expansion.
• Provide strategic regulatory guidance to support commercial initiatives in the US.
• Identify and assess potential regulatory risks and opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events and regulatory meetings.
• Work cross functionally with commercial and development teams, to ensure products are brought to market efficiently.

• Extensive experience in regulatory affairs within the crop protection industry.
• In-depth knowledge of US regulatory requirements for agricultural chemicals.
• Proven track record of successful regulatory submissions and approvals.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
