Park Evaluations is a leading business immigration services firm focused on providing global corporations and law firms with the tools, guidance, and support needed to navigate a range of U.S. immigration processes and applications.
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Account Management to lead our account management team, drive revenue growth, and cultivate strong client relationships. This role is responsible for overseeing key client partnerships, developing new business opportunities, and leading a high-performing team to achieve outstanding client success. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong background in strategic account management, business development, and revenue optimization.
This is a hybrid position. Candidates should live in the Greater Philadelphia area and be open to travel into our office in Bala Cynwyd, PA.
Key Responsibilities:
-Strategic Client Partnerships:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients, ensuring long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Act as the primary point of escalation for high-priority client concerns, ensuring resolution and continued trust.
-New Business Development & Revenue Growth:
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends and client needs to recommend innovative solutions and services.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s offerings to effectively position them with clients.
-Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of account managers, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Set clear goals, track performance metrics, and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Promote collaboration between account management, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
-Operational Excellence & Process Improvement:
- Establish best practices and scalable processes to optimize account management workflows.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and drive strategic decision-making.
- Ensure the adoption of CRM and other tools to streamline operations and enhance reporting.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and client retention through strategic account management.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching and developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Experience in the legal industry is a plus.
