Role Description
As a Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of Rise by establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships within the Web3, blockchain, and payroll sectors. Your focus will be on identifying new partnership opportunities, finding new partnership verticals, and fostering long-term relationships that contribute to our business objectives and growth.
Qualifications
-Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within the Web3, blockchain, or payroll industries (minimum 1-3 years).
-Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, the blockchain ecosystem, payroll and global hiring.
-Experience negotiating complex partnerships and contracts with a variety of stakeholders.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
-A results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.
-Knowledge of the payroll industry and its challenges, particularly in the context of digital currencies, stablecoins and blockchain.
-A passion for innovation, technology, and the potential of Web3 to disrupt traditional industries.
