  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with maintenance to develop and maintain inventory control of all maintenance parts and materials, part criticality, and cost monitoring.
  • Create purchase orders for all purchases within the plant following Global Sourcing Business Rules
  • Schedule raw material deliveries as needed by the plant while also minimizing driver wait time.
  • Execute all inventory counts as requested (weekly, monthly)
  • Organizing and managing all railroad imports including: demurrage bills; rail log; freight claims
  • Review SMOI & actions related
  • Creates PO’s for various plant services/leases/materials, and maintenance related PO’s. Full responsibility for full cycle of these PO’s (GRNI’s, kick out’s, Open PO review, etc.)
  • Maintains Sarbanes Oxley compliance within job function
  • Vendor Master Data

Additional Requirement

  • Must have good computer skills and Microsoft experience, SAP (ERP) system experience is very desirable
  • Experience in storeroom, warehouse or sourcing related functions

Education/Experience

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Previous experience utilizing an inventory management ERP system.
  • Experience utilizing computer programs and Microsoft Office products.
