We are currently recruiting for an Executive Administrative Assistant who will support the Chief Commercial Officer.

The Executive Administrative Assistant (supporting Chief Commercial Officer) provides a broad range of administrative support to Radius leaders and their teams. This position requires thorough knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures and will be responsible for handling details of a highly confidential and critical nature. The ideal candidate will be located in the Northeast US and/or East Coast time zone.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Directly supports the Chief Commercial Officer and the Market Access team in terms of Outlook calendar, travel, expenses, and contacts in a timely, detailed, and organized manner.
  • Maintains internal and external phone contacts, and schedules/coordinates internal and external meetings as needed.
  • Effectively manages the process for business expenses and invoices.
  • Supports the development and execution of contract documents including but not limited to:
    • Manage contract submission for legal and compliance review
    • Vendor management
    • Knowledge of procurement processes, including purchase order submissions and contract approvals.
  • Coordinates myriad items such as meetings, team travel and planning for offsite leadership events.
  • Prepares/updates presentation materials as requested for meetings on Microsoft Office including but not limited to PowerPoint, Word documents, and Excel worksheets.
  • Makes high-level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company.
  • Project Management of multiple workstreams, and ability to prioritize and progress multiple projects forward at the same time with a high degree of efficiency.
  • Screening and where possible, responding appropriately to emails on increasingly complex matters, in a manner that reflects an ability to discern between critical and less urgent matters.
  • Handles correspondence and items of a highly confidential and critical nature.
  • Identifying administrative needs for the organization and initiating projects to support those needs.
  • Works collaboratively with other Executive Administrative Assistants and provides back-up coverage as needed.
Experience and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Previous experience supporting VP level executives; C-level executive, or large teams is highly
  • Pharmaceutical Industry experience is highly
  • High degree of professionalism, strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, interactions, and
  • Ability to schedule, prioritize, meet deadlines, work independently with minimal supervision and/or work with a large team in a fast paced and evolving environment.
  • Professional appearance and telephone manner
  • Strong verbal, communications, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple high priority tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to partner positively with a team of professional Executive Assistants for office coverage and calendar planning.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Lyne, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Concur, Teams, Webex, Zoom and SharePoint.

Work Environment:

The work is performed in a remote office environment with occasional required in-person office work and meetings and frequent work in an in-person customer setting. Air, vehicle, and overnight travel is frequently required for this role. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands to type, handle paperwork and sort, file or manipulate documents. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and talk. The employee may lift and/or move up to 10 pounds occasionally.
