The role involves managing financial admin duties, bookkeeping tasks, utilizing Quickbooks Online software, handling journal entries, and maintaining admin records. The role is primarily located in the City of Richmond, VA.

Qualifications

  • Bookkeeping and Accounting Software proficiency
  • Strong financial and accounting skills
  • Support with Human Resources duties, such as payroll, A/R, and A/P
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in admin, HR, and bookkeeping tasks
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Relevant certification or degree in Accounting
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
