About the Role: We're seeking a Lead DevEx Engineer with deep SRE / DevOps expertise to build, maintain, and optimize our engineering infrastructure. You'll build and maintain internal platforms and toolchains, ensuring reliability, security, and performance across both single-tenant and multi-tenant architectures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, automate and maintain cloud infrastructure: Lead design and implementation of scalable, secure systems using convergence frameworks like Terraform, CDK, etc.
  • Manage multi-tenant and single-tenant environments: Optimize production operations for complex product configurations.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines: Ensure fast, reliable build and release processes, including canary capabilities.
  • Incident management and observability: Drive response strategies for critical incidents, implement robust monitoring.
  • Champion system resilience and performance: Advocate best practices for fault tolerance, security, and operational excellence.


Qualifications Required:

  • 5+ years devex/devops or site reliability engineer experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Strong ownership mindset
  • Experience with AWS, CI/CD, scripting (any language) and automation (bonus for Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry and DataDog)
  • Experience leading & mentoring more junior engineers
