Associate, Medical Education Grants
Responsible for the grant application and reporting processes from grant receipt and review to decision. You are expected to collaborate closely with internal partners, educational providers, and our Alliance colleagues. With peer support and supervisor guidance, you will ensure accuracy and timeliness of processes. Within Medical Education, we serve as a meaningful liaison to the scientific and healthcare community supporting unbranded and independent education on clinical advances.
This position will require you to be onsite a 3+ days/week. A fully remote option is not available for this position.
A typical day may include the following:
Processing IME grants from receipt and review through decisions according to current standard processes.
Troubleshooting any issues that may arise in the application process to support accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of grants.
Collaborate on and secure appropriate documentation to ensure accurate and current records for audit purposes.
Foster and maintain compliant partnerships with grant recipients.
Serve as a resource on the grant application processes and the grant portal.
Coordinate sharing of relevant information for communications/reports to collaborators, with direction from senior team members.

• Can demonstrate prioritizing and managing multiple projects/activities while maintaining accuracy.
• Exhibit outstanding work ethic and integrity
To be considered a bachelor’s degree required with an advanced degree a plus. Your experience should include a minimum of 1 year’s medical education within a medical education, communication or pharmaceutical industry setting. Knowledge of compliance guidelines that impact independent medical education grants and continuing medical education programs is required. Knowledge of systems and processes involved in grant routing, management, and payment
