Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, project management, or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong background in people development, strategic planning, and change management.
  • Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Willing to travel 20%
