Senior Remedy Developer / CMDB Engineer

Location: Greenwood Village, CO ( 4 days onsite 1 day remote)

Non locals are also fine ( preferred w2)

• Provide support for Remedy CMDB 20.02 and the ITSM Suite until retirement.
• Transition to supporting XXXXX as the next platform for service management.
• Develop and support Remedy ITSM/CMDB solutions.
• Lead and architect ITSM/CMDB projects for medium to enterprise-sized customers.
• Deliver solutions within the Service Management realm focused on the BMC Remedy Suite of tools.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide training and implementation services for service desk, change, asset lifecycle, and CMDB solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Remedy Developer / CMDB Engineer.
• Extensive experience with Remedy development tools and administrative experience.
• Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in UNIX System Administration and application development.
• ITIL V3 Foundation certification.
• Analytical skills and business analysis expertise.
• Experience with web services.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote and on premise environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Math/Computer Science or related field.
