RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has an enterprise client seeking a Technical Program Product Manager III in Sunnyvale, CA. Responsibilities include collection of business and systems requirements, writing specifications, driving project schedules from design to release, and managing the production launch.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate design/implementation efforts between internal and external teams to develop optimal solutions
* Expected to make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market, clearly communicate goals and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional and remote project teams
* Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints
* Take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces, develop end-to-end integrated plan, then deliver them in a successful and timely manner is expected
REQUIREMENTS:
* Undergraduate or graduate degree in Engineering
* 10+ years of industry experience as a software developer or technical lead is required
* Some form of audio knowledge or proven demonstration to learn
* Knowledge in Robotics, AI/ML SW development is a plus
* Good track record of working effectively across different groups in the organization
* An entrepreneurial spirit with strong program management skills
* Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners to get things done
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Full-Stack experience is preferred
* Able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities
* Able to drive high-level strategic initiatives
* Roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done
* Maturity, high judgment, ability to influence and negotiate, analytical skills and leadership are essential
* Possess a strong technical program management background
* Demonstrated experience leading medium to large programs
* Well-rounded technical background
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off.
