Job Description:

This role focuses on fostering community engagement, advocating for customers, and amplifying their voices within Salesforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overarching strategy and roadmap for Trailblazer Marketing community programs and events.
  • Lead community engagement initiatives, including AMAs, meet-and-greets, virtual user meetups, and other events.
  • Create and distribute business communications to managed communities.
  • Monitor social and community channels to identify and engage top talent and social influencers.
  • Analyze community trends, gather feedback, and recommend improvements.
  • Identify and manage new programs to amplify customer impact, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Track, measure, and report on community program initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Support, Social Media).
  • Actively engage with customers on social media, providing timely responses and support.
  • Drive community growth by proactively supporting and guiding members.

Key Objectives:

  • Build authentic, trusted relationships with customers — fostering mutual engagement.
  • Manage Trailblazer Marketing operations, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
  • Identify gaps in customer events and address them proactively.
  • Communicate workload and focus areas to leadership effectively.

Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, including customer-facing roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Experience collaborating across multiple departments, time zones, and functions.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, including leadership-level presentations.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build consensus among diverse teams.
  • Dynamic, confident, and positive mindset with a can-do attitude.
  • Creative, innovative thinker with a passion for community building.

  • Graphic design and basic video editing experience

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operations of the Marketing Champions community, focusing on engagement and advocacy.
  • Manage logistics for ongoing program activities and engagement strategies.
  • Oversee community health metrics — membership, retention, engagement.
  • Handle the Marketing Champions application process (400+ applications) and maintain related dashboards.
  • Promote Salesforce events within internal program channels.
  • Encourage cross-collaboration between the community and internal Salesforce teams.
  • Provide regular updates and insights on community activities through Slack and other internal platforms.
  • Lead the Community Group Leaders (CGL) Certification Voucher program.

Time Zones: Flexible, no specific time zone requirements.
