Business requirement Gathering for setting up a new warehouse. Understanding the AS-IS Business Process of the current distribution facility by Interacting with the Key business users.
Optimized warehouse movements using task and resource management. Customized EWM settings to support the storage and handling of materials used in geothermal, solar, and other renewable energy technologies.
Map out the requirements into SAP S/4 Processes and design the solutions. Drive the development of functional and system specifications.
Independently carried blue printing and GAP analysis during working on 3PL (Third Party Logistics) and interfaces to 3PL systems with the warehouse EWM systems.
Implementing and configure SAP S4/EWM in 3 plants in moving them from SAP WM to SAP EWM, with Inbound,
Outbound, and Cross-Docking process fully configured and integrated with ECC.
Collaborated with supply chain, logistics, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP WM/EWM with existingsystems and processes.
Monitored and Tested stock movements and Executed stock placements and removals using different Put-Away, Picking Strategies, and Rules.
Created HANA modeling scenarios and activities such as adding a system, creating schemas and content models,attributes and measures, hierarchies.
Worked on design, development and testing different SAP workflows across various modules like FI, SD, MM and HR, support modules SAP FICO, SD Logistics (OTC), SAP HR, SAP MM.
Handling differences in Warehouse Management Developed Business Blue Prints for Enhancements and identified gaps and suggested development work in SAP to overcome the gaps.
Identify and assess gaps between business requirements and SAP functional capabilities. Develop business scenarios and business processes and procedures in SAP system.
Actively used emulators for various performance tests in SAP S4/ WM/EWM systems before making any process or functionality change in the production systems.
