We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Investor Relations Manager to maintain and grow our relationships with existing and potential investors.
Job Overview:
The Investor Relations Manager will be the primary point of contact for our investors, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships, addressing investor inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the investment process. This role requires excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills to manage investor accounts and keep them engaged with our deals and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for current and potential investors, providing updates on deals, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, understanding their investment goals and needs
- Educate investors on our real estate deals, terms, and investment opportunities
- Manage investor communications, including newsletters, deal alerts, and follow-ups
- Organize and participate in investor meetings, calls, and presentations
- Track and analyze investor engagement data to identify areas for improvement and growth
- Collaborate with acquisitions and dispositions teams to match investors with the right opportunities
- Maintain a detailed CRM of investor information, interactions, and preferences
- Provide regular reports to leadership on investor activity, feedback, and deal performance
Qualifications:
- Experience in investor relations, sales, or account management (2+ years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of real estate investment and wholesale processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple investor relationships simultaneously
- Experience with CRM software and investor management platforms
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track data and make strategic recommendations
- Ability to work remotely and independently in a fast-paced environment
