Description

A sales operations anaylst is focused in Salesforce.com, sales process, sales tool enablement, and looks for productivity improvements. A strong project manager that can be responsible for large projects, implementation of new sales tools. They do this by ensuring data integrity, user adoption, and seamless integration with existing processes. This team member would work closely with sales, IT, marketing, and other stakeholder teams. They would analyze sales workflows, identify process gaps, and introduce technology driven solutions to improve productivity, reporting, and sales effectiveness. Strong communication to drive change management as well as process documentation and reporting to support
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience working within a Sales Analyst / Sales Operations Analyst role
  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce.com
  • Proficiency in Sales tools and thorough understanding of the Sales Process
  • Strong excel skills, with sql as a plus (3+ years)
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau
  • Process automation is a plus (Zapier, python)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $46.45 - $53.33/hr.
