Job Opportunity: Lead Marketing and Analytics Consultant

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Consultant to help shape the future of Marketing Reporting and Analytics for a major insurance client. You will lead the development of a Marketing Reporting & Analytics Center of Excellence, create mock-up dashboards, identify gaps, and design a practical implementation plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on current and future vision.
  • Develop illustrative dashboard mock-ups.
  • Conduct gap analysis and create a roadmap for implementation.
  • Provide thought leadership and guide project execution.
  • Communicate with executives to gain buy-in and ensure project success.

What We're Looking For:

  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or marketing analytics.
  • Strong leadership and facilitation skills.
  • Expertise in Insurance Marketing and various channels (email, social media, SEO/SEM, paid placements).
  • Hands-on experience with marketing KPIs, performance tracking, and reporting.
  • Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI (a plus).
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional projects.
