  • Work closely with the quantitative analysts and traders to understand their requirements and design software solutions that meet their needs
  • Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to ensure software solutions are scalable, reliable and efficient
  • Manage the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and post-release support
  • Provide technical support to the trading desk and other stakeholders as needed
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies and bring innovative ideas to the team

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Python Developer with a strong understanding of credit products and trading strategies
  • Strong experience with Python programming language, data structures, and algorithms
  • Experience with database design, SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Experience with distributed systems and parallel computing
  • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git
