We are on the lookout for an IT Systems Administrator to join our team in the IT Software industry at our WHITEHOUSE, Ohio location. As an IT Systems Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing our computer systems, ensuring cyber security, and maintaining our network infrastructure.

Responsibilities
Administer and manage the company's computers, servers, storage environments, and network infrastructure
Implement and uphold robust security measures to protect systems and data from cyber threats and security breaches
Develop and keep up-to-date documentation of IT systems and procedures
Ensure the company is compliant with all IT training requirements for users
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in IT systems administration
Manage server administration tasks like server management and running network cables
Troubleshoot issues within the network and with company computers
Manage software systems including Microsoft, Google, etc.
Apply knowledge of NIST-800-171 and CMMC security frameworks, as well as logging/monitoring tools like Splunk.

Requirements

Proven experience in IT Systems Administration within the software industry.
Demonstrated proficiency in Server Management and Administration.
Familiarity with NIST cybersecurity framework and guidelines.
Strong technical knowledge of network, PC, and platform operating systems.
Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Understanding of software application installation and configuration.
Proficient in maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments.
Adept at implementing and managing security or integrity and backup procedures.
Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Detail oriented certifications would be advantageous.
Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
Willingness to keep up with the latest trends and advancements in the field of IT systems administration.
