Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced Systems Administrators to join our IT team. The primary responsibilities include handling IT tickets and providing second-level support for issues escalated from the Help Desk.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve IT tickets

PowerShell scripting and automation
Jira Service Desk administration and automation
Ansible Automation
Intune and SCCM administration
JAMF administration
Configuring Load Balancers
Microsoft 365 administration
Windows, Linux, and VMware server troubleshooting
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years of IT Administrator experience
Advanced experience or certification in Windows, Linux, or VMware toolsets
Valid driver's license and within driving distance of one of our Data Centers

On-Call Rotation:
