Customer Success Executive – Treasury & Capital Markets

The ideal candidate will have a background in delivery, implementing trading and risk systems, before transitioning into a client-facing role.
The Role
As a Customer Success Executive (CSE), you will play a pivotal role in guiding customers through every stage of their journey—from system implementation to long-term satisfaction. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients maximise value from Treasury and Capital Markets solutions. Your role will be key in increasing adoption, retention, and revenue growth, while maintaining strong relationships with some of the world’s largest financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the customer relationship, working closely with the Account Executive to drive satisfaction and long-term success.
- Develop Customer Success Plans, aligning client business goals with Treasury and Capital Market solutions.
- Proactively identify risks, manage escalations, and orchestrate resolutions in collaboration with internal teams.
- Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams—ensuring a seamless feedback loop to Product, Sales, Support, and Services.
- Drive adoption, renewals, and upsell opportunities, increasing penetration of key products.
- Guide customers through the onboarding and implementation process, working alongside Project Managers and Implementation teams to ensure a smooth go-live.
- Leverage data and insights to drive engagement and improve the customer experience.
- Work with customers to identify upgrade opportunities, compliance needs, and expansion potential.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Treasury and Capital Markets, whether at a bank, software vendor, or consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of trading, risk, and treasury management solutions
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, from business users to senior executives.
- Proven ability to drive customer success, increasing adoption and retention.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data insights into action.
- Project management skills, including strong reporting and multi-tasking abilities.
- Commercial acumen—understanding business drivers and speaking confidently about customer value and ROI.
