Summary

The Project Manager-HR for the Global Diversity & Inclusion Center of Excellence (GD&I COE) plays a crucial role in supporting and facilitating strategies related to spending and expensing for the centralized Employee Business Resource Group (EBRG) funding model, as well as managing the GD&I COE budget. This role collaborates with various stakeholders, including EBRG Global Leads, Finance Points, Virtual Card holders, and external vendors, ensuring smooth coordination and financial oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and track spending through monthly expense reconciliation.
  • Support the implementation of the EBRG centralized funding model, including virtual card requests and expense tracking.
  • Manage procurement and financial processes, such as creating and closing purchase orders, initiating check requests, approving invoices, and managing vendor updates.
  • Coordinate communications via email and online presentations in periodic team meetings.
  • Address procurement-related inquiries from GD&I COE team members, EBRG customers, and suppliers.
  • Conduct detailed data reviews, applying strong analytical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Education

  • High School diploma required.

Experience

  • Experience in administration and project management.
  • Familiarity with procurement and financial processes.
  • Proven success in program coordination and financial oversight.

Skills

  • Experience with COMET & Ariba
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting and entering data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-up abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage change effectively, and adapt quickly.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using mobile applications.
