WHAT TO BRING
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in Ad Operations
- Strong knowledge of attribution modeling, data pipelines, and media measurement
- Expertise in marketing platforms such as LiveRamp, Tealium, AppsFlyer, Kochava, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
- Experience working across Google tech stack (DV360, SA360, CM360) and key media partners including (Meta, Snap, TikTok, Adelphic, The Trade Desk, YouTube)
- Experience with JS, HTML, CAPI Integrations
- Strong understanding of GDPR, CCPA and their impact on media buying
- An understanding of acquisition strategy, media metrics and direct-to-consumer and/or subscription-based businesses
- Experience working with data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau, Looker)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects in a dynamic environment
- Flexibility, proactiveness and collaborative team player mentality

SUMMARY
As a part of the Ad Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting campaigns end-to-end, trafficking tags, distributing audiences, implementing pixels and maintaining proper reporting/measurement across paid and owned campaigns. This role supports numerous high profile campaigns and requires extraordinary technical and organizational
skills. If you have a passion for streaming entertainment and meet the qualifications below, this role might be the perfect fit.
RESPONSIBILITIES / WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Document all incoming and outgoing campaigns, audiences, and pixel requests
- Implement end-to-end campaign tracking, tagging, and trafficking to ensure proper measurement of key media performance indicators
- Work with internal and external partners to build and distribute first-party data and target niche audiences
- Troubleshoot and work with ad hoc support teams to resolve implementation issues
- Ensure all marketing solutions comply with data privacy laws
