The Engineering Services division currently lacks continuity, and you will take the lead in partnering with management across various locations to establish cohesive and effective processes throughout the organization.

You will lead the development of operational and sales strategies for the engineering organization as it expands its reach and presence across a growing network of branches. This position provides an excellent opportunity to influence the future of engineering practices while leading a skilled team in delivering robust and scalable solutions, establishing Engineering as a crucial core service offering.

REQUIREMENTS

  • The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, and an MBA is highly preferred.
  • Must have a minimum of 12 years capital projects experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years in a VP role.
  • Experience within an OME Environment ($50M+)
  • Should thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, demonstrating a strong sense of self-direction and strategic thinking.
  • Exceptional leadership skills are essential, as they are expected to inspire and guide others with charisma and vision.
