Job Summary: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Field Service Management (FSM) solutions, with a significant focus on the utilities and energy industries.Proven track record of leading complex FSM implementations and integrating with existing technology stacks, including ERP, CRM, CIS, BI, and Data Warehouse.
Responsibilities:
" Lead FSM solution architecture design, implementation, and integration with enterprise systems.
" Work with Client Boomi and Maximo to optimize FSM solutions.
" Develop web-based business applications using technologies such as XML, JSON, HTML5, and AngularJS.
" Design and implement integration solutions using SOAP and REST web services.
" Ensure compliance with utility operations, asset management, and regulatory requirements.
" Manage project planning, execution, and risk management to drive successful FSM implementations.
" Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide solutions, and deliver high-impact programs.
" Provide technical expertise in FSM software platforms, system integration, and data analytics.
Required Skills:
" Experience with OverIT s FSM platform and its applications in the utilities sector or familiarity with FSM tools.
" Strong consulting background with experience in client-facing roles delivering strategic programs.
" Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Skills:
" Familiarity with GIS integration and mobile workforce management solutions.
" Knowledge of emerging technologies such as IoT, AI, and Machine Learning as they apply to Field Service Management.
" Professional certifications in solution architecture or relevant technical domains.
