- Travel requirement of approximately 10% for key client meetings and industry events
What You’ll Do
- Drive new business growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing new accounts.
- Position Ethiciti’s compliance training solutions as essential to an organization’s ethics and risk management strategy.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers in HR, compliance, and legal teams to influence purchasing decisions.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing, customer success, and product, to drive a seamless customer experience.
- Deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals that align with the client’s business objectives.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to deal negotiation and close.
- Leverage data and insights to refine sales strategies and maximize revenue opportunities.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS, compliance training, or HR tech.
- Proven success in a B2B sales role with a strong track record of exceeding quotas.
- Experience selling to HR, legal, or compliance teams is highly desirable.
- A consultative sales approach that focuses on solving client challenges.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage executive-level buyers.
- Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce for managing pipeline and forecasting.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to exceed expectations.
