Job Description:

Duties:

The research team supports protein biomarker discovery by applying immunoassays, cell culture, and flow cytometry.

The group utilizes innovative technology to evaluate and characterize patient cohorts for novel disease insights and new therapeutic modalities while delivering validated Phase I Clinical biomarker assays.

The successful applicant will: perform lab duties initially under supervision; participate/assist in the execution of routine and non-routine experiments.

The candidate will initiate, operate, and complete lab experiments and operate and be responsible for using lab equipment.

The candidate will communicate their work orally and in writing, provide input for scientific reports, and treat data with high integrity and ethics.

The candidate will comply with all applicable regulations, safely perform all work, and maintain proper records following SOPs and policies.

Skills:

Basic lab experience in a biology lab

Experience with ELISA

Ability to operate laboratory equipment and apparatus

Agile in learning innovative technology and concepts

Concise and accurate reporting of technical data and information

Ability to troubleshoot

Good written and verbal communication skills

Experience working in an immunology/biochemistry lab environment is desirable
