The Supply Chain Specialist will be responsible for handling inbound support calls, collaborating with customers to identify and document the scope of incidents. This is a long-term contract position paying up to $30 per hour located in Scottsdale, AZ!

Responsibilities:
  • Provide end-user application support while defining and documenting incident scope.
  • Apply critical thinking to analyze issues, identify root causes, and troubleshoot for first-call resolution or escalate as necessary.
  • Prioritize, triage, and monitor incidents, ensuring timely follow-up with relevant departments to resolve issues.
  • Respond to emergency situations and perform assigned tasks as required.
  • Follow up with customers to collect additional information and confirm resolution of incidents.
  • Assist users in navigating and accessing supply chain applications efficiently.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base and maintain the team website with new content.
  • Create process maps and develop new frameworks and processes for managing problems.
  • Develop training materials for both customers and staff.
  • Coach and mentor less experienced users while performing quality assurance on incidents to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead projects within Supply Chain Informatics.
  • Manage and coordinate standard master data across all facility entities, ensuring completion from inception to finalization.
  • Oversee the management of master data and contract processes.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to address customer needs and build rapport.
Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years' experience in Supply Chain, service/help desk or call center environment
