Kforce has a client that is seeking a Leader of Business Technology in Lenexa, KS.

Summary:
The Head of Business Technology Execution will lead and manage teams responsible for software development, manual and automated quality testing, artificial intelligence, data management and enablement, solutions architecture, and low code development. This role requires a strong leader who can foster collaboration, innovation, and excellence across all business technology execution efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strong leadership to the Business Technology Execution teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
* Oversee the execution of software development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality; Ensure mechanisms are in place to understand production and value while deriving opportunities to improve
* Ensure robust manual and automated quality testing processes are in place to maintain the highest standards of software quality
* Drive AI and data management and enablement initiatives, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance business processes and decision-making
* Oversee solutions architecture efforts, ensuring that architectural solutions meet business requirements and align with the organization's strategic goals
* Promote and manage low code development initiatives to accelerate application development and delivery
* Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their professional goals
* Work closely with other departments, including IT, marketing, and customer service, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
* Develop and implement strategic plans for the Business Technology Execution teams, aligning with the overall goals of the organization

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of proven experience in leading business technology execution teams
* Strong understanding of software development, quality assurance, AI, data management, solutions architecture, and low code development processes
* Excellent leadership and management skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to stay updated on emerging trends and technologies

Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
* Experience in managing large cross-functional projects
* Knowledge of robotic process automation (RPA) and other automation technologies
* Experience in a similar role within the technology or software industry

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
