Responsibilities:
Coach team members on self-organization, cross-functionality, and Agile best practices.
Lead the team in creating high-value increments that meet the Definition of Done.
Actively work on removing any impediments to the team's progress.

Assist with both internal and external communication to improve transparency and radiate information.
Encourage and support the acquisition of Scrum Master certifications, such as CSM, PSM I, SASM, among the team members.

Demonstrated experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and practices.
Exceptional ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Strong understanding and application of Agile principles in project management.
