Business Analyst with SPM

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with specific experience in Oracle Incentive Compensation and Oracle Sales Performance Management platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and data analysis.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and system implementation best practices.
• Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) and training end-users on new systems and processes.
• Knowledge of incentive compensation and sales performance management concepts and best practices.
