About the Role
A strategic and action-oriented growth marketing leader is being sought to oversee all aspects of patient marketing. In this role, the individual will develop strategies for acquiring and retaining patients while implementing these strategies into actionable programs. Existing programs are currently in place, and there is a need for a leader to unify these initiatives and launch new ones to accelerate growth. As the organization moves into a scaling phase, a key focus will be user acquisition.
Collaboration with patient strategy and operations teams will be critical to managing growth across various segments of the business through effective tactics aimed at the right audiences also in a scalable and sustainable manner to balance the marketplace. A significant and increasing marketing budget will be available; therefore, a thoughtful, ROI-driven approach to measuring success will be essential to achieving the team's objectives. The ideal candidate is a data-driven, customer-obsessed growth leader with a history of delivering results across a variety of marketing programs, someone excited about building impactful initiatives, and possessing exceptional leadership skills necessary to drive organizational growth.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in marketing
- 6+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of building or significantly rebuilding a team (team size of at least 10)
- 8+ years of experience in growth marketing across a variety of channels, including paid (primarily digital) and owned (email, SMS)
- Experience managing an annual marketing budget of at least $50M, with multiple channels exceeding $10M+ each
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with operational, product, and analytics teams
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
- Demonstrated success in driving significant growth with 50%+ YoY growth
- Track record of launching and scaling new marketing programs or channels
- Proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies
