We're partnering with our staffing industry client to hire a dynamic and high-performing Director of Operations to lead an established team in the Houston market. Please note, this position requires experience with multi-unit management experience in the staffing industry and to be located locally in the Houston area. As Director of Operations, you'll lead the growth strategy of a $50M+ market to continue capturing market share within the blue-collar and event services staffing sector. Our client is privately owned with Texas-based HQs and a strong footprint throughout the state and beyond.
