The Group Strategy Director is tasked with developing the discipline and talent across your team. You are a trusted and respected leader at the agency and are responsible for growing our people, client relationships and the agency reputation.

Qualifications:

  • 13+ years experience in a strategic capacity
  • Experience leading strategy across clients in an advertising capacity
  • Experience across strategic disciplines including brand, digital, social, etc
  • Direct, trusting relationships with clients
  • Experience managing people and mentoring across department
  • Expertise in agency research tools
  • Undeniable presence

Location:

Given the nature of our team and the client assigned to this role, we are only considering candidates that currently live in or wish to relocate to New York City in the near future (first 60 days of employment).

The annual salary range for this role is $200-250k and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic location and experience. Other compensation includes relocation costs, if applicable.
